There are times when your garage and driveway is full but you have a house guest with no place to park. Because we have no clubhouse or parking lot, your Board accepts a request to temporally allow parking over night on our streets.
Additionally there are times when you are having a function that has many cars trying to get thru the gate for a short period of time, the Board may open the gate to allow easy access.
